Nordic Sustainable Procurement Forum

This is the second year I have produced this event. The first year we had two partners presenting and 46 attendees. This year we have four partners presenting, along side a professor for a keynote speaker, to 138 registrants.

I had full responsibility for this event on everything from booking the location and setting the agenda to advertising for participants and all event communication, not to mention playing event photographer.

This year the program started at 13:00 with the presentations starting at 13:15, we had a 15 minute break in the middle with Swedish Fika, then the presentations wrapped up at 16:00 to give us an hour of networking until 17:00.

Everyone seemed very happy with the organization, the speakers and the event overall.

Some tasks include:
– booking & organization of event space, speakers, partners, and presentations.
– advertising the event and collecting registrations through social media, ads, direct messaging, newsletters (internal and external), etc.
– designing and ordering merch – seed bombs, wax food wraps, and small jars of honey.
– preparing the scannable name badges and assisting with check-in
– photographing the event and speakers along with sending some directing to be posted.
